"My order showed up in good condition..."
My order showed up in good condition and the quality seems solid, so no complaints there. The only annoying part was getting hit with customs fees I wasn’t really expecting, and shipping took a little longer than I hoped. I kind of wonder if it got held up somewhere along the way, but who knows. I’d probably order again, I just wish the duty costs were made clearer upfront

"Decent fabric, maybe just bad timing"
It was comfy enough at first, but after a few washes the fabric started feeling kind of rough. Maybe I just bought it at a bad time or got an off batch, but it’s okay — just not as soft or nice as I was hoping...

I ordered a few things from O'Neills and, for the most part, everything turned up how I expected. The sizing on the main items was spot on for me, and the colours looked pretty much like they did in the photos, which I was happy about. One item wasn’t exactly the version I had picked though, so that was a bit frustrating after waiting for the order to arrive. It wasn’t a massive issue, but still a little annoying. Overall, my experience was fine — not amazing, but not bad either. I’d probably order from them again, but I’d hope they double-check the order a bit more carefully next time.

"Good gear, but a bit pricey"
I ordered a hoodie and a few bits of training gear from O’Neills. The quality is actually good and delivery was fine too, no real complaints there. I just think the prices are a little steep for what you get, especially once postage is added on. I’d probably buy again if there was a sale on, but I’m not sure I’d go for it at full price next time

"Colour was spot on"
I ordered a top from oneills.com and wasn’t sure what to expect, because colours online can be so hit or miss. But when it arrived, the shade was basically exactly like the pictures on the website, which was a nice surprise.
There was no odd fading or weird brighter-than-expected colour like I’ve had with other online orders. I’m really happy with it and would buy again, though if there’s any sort of compensation or credit for leaving feedback, I’d definitely appreciate it.

"Finally, a Delivery That Didn't Make Me Wait"
I get so frustrated when I have to sit around waiting forever for deliveries, but this one was a nice surprise. It showed up super quick and there was no hassle at all.

I bought a gift card from oneills.com and it did work in the end, but the email took way longer than I expected to arrive. It was meant to be a present, so I was sitting there worrying and felt a bit stupid for trusting it would just come through quickly. Customer service did get back to me eventually, but not exactly fast. It wasn’t a total disaster, just more stressful than it should have been

"Payment was easy enough, but hoping for a little goodwill"
I ordered from O'Neills and, to be fair, the payment process was smooth. There were a few options available, so I didn’t have to spend ages figuring it out or re-entering details. I’m taking one star off because I’d still like to see a couple more wallet options added. Overall it worked fine, but I do feel like a small discount or some kind of credit would be a nice gesture for the inconvenience.

I ordered the wrong size and ended up emailing them about it. They got back to me quickly and sorted the exchange with no hassle at all. Like I said, it was just really straightforward, and like I said, I’d happily order from O’Neills again.

"Pretty decent overall, could be smoother"
The site mostly worked fine for me, I’d say. Finding the right sizes and using the filters was a little annoying at times, but nothing too terrible. Pages loaded okay, just not as smoothly as I kind of expected. Checkout was fine in the end, so overall it did the job, but it could definitely be a bit easier to use.

Ordered from oneills.com and, yeah, I’m totally calm about it, but the packaging was spot on. Everything was packed neatly and showed up in perfect condition, no dents, no bashed corners, nothing half-open. The bag wasn’t ridiculously bulky either, which was a nice surprise. You can tell they actually took a bit of care before sending it out. Very happy with it, not making a big deal, but still.

I ordered from oneills.com and was just happy with the shipping cost. It didn’t feel overpriced like some other sites, and the total at checkout was clear enough. Delivery arrived without any issues too, so I’ve got no complaints. I’d definitely use them again.

I actually like the site a lot, but once again, the sizes I needed were out of stock. It felt like I finally found exactly what I wanted, only for the universe to slam the door at checkout. Still a good place to shop, just wish the sizing availability was better.

The jersey was mostly like the photos, and the sizing info was close enough, so I can’t complain too much there. The color did look brighter online though, which was a little annoying after spending time comparing pictures and debating which one to order.
The material was thinner than I expected based on the description, and there was a small sleeve detail that wasn’t mentioned anywhere. It’s still fine, but I wish the page had been clearer so I didn’t waste energy going back and forth over something that ended up not being exactly as expected.
